When you want to make the most of your special occasion with friends and family, our two-day wedding packages—for 70+ overnight guests—offer the perfect solution! Just 60 minutes from London, nestled beside the Swale estuary in rural Kent, our beautiful 16th-century barn wedding venue provides the ideal setting for an extended celebration.

With our fully bespoke and customisable multi-day wedding packages, you can design your dream wedding, extending those special moments. Whether you envision a relaxed night-before gathering or a leisurely day-after celebration, our flexible packages are tailored just for you. Host your events at both The Ferry House and Mocketts Farm Cottages, offering ample space for your guests to stay and enjoy the festivities to the fullest.

The Night Before

At The Ferry House or Mocketts Farm Cottages

Dining

For a relaxed night-before celebration, enjoy a traditional Kentish hog roast or grazing table in the Hop Barn at The Ferry House. Both options feature delicious, locally-sourced ingredients from our Kitchen Garden, family farm, and Harty estate.

Alternatively, host your night-before gathering at Mocketts Farm Cottages, keeping your wedding venue a surprise for your guests for the big day, where a grazing table or tray bakes can be delivered directly to your chosen cottage(s) for your bespoke number of guests.

Or, you could swap your ‘night before’ for the day after at either The Ferry House or Mocketts Farm Cottages, and make the most of your time with your guests with a relaxed grazing brunch.

Accommodation

Choose from our on-site luxury rooms at The Ferry House, sleeping 22+ guests, or stay at Mocketts Farm Cottages, which can accommodate 53+ guests across five cottages. Combine both options for a total of over 70 guests, offering comfort and convenience for all.

At The Ferry House

Breakfast

Start the day with a delicious full Kentish buffet breakfast at The Ferry House, tailored to your guests numbers. Or, for a more relaxed morning at Mocketts Farm Cottages, enjoy a delivery of bacon rolls, fresh fruit, pastries, and fruit juice, customised for your group size. If you’re heading down to The Ferry House to get ready in the Garden Lodge or Coach Lounge in the morning, we can also deliver a brunch platter to your wedding party.

Full Day Wedding Package For Your Bespoke Numbers

Our full day wedding package is designed to fit your celebration, with options for your guest numbers. Host a tailored event with all the essentials, including:

Reception drinks & canapes • 1/2 a bottle of wine per person, • Toasting drink • Three-course wedding breakfast • Evening buffet • DJ • Giant outdoor games • Festoon & fairy lights • Venue Host • Invite to a menu taster evening

Also included are linens, napkins, glassware, cutlery & some rustic decor items. Personal service by our team of wedding coordinators comes as standard.

You can also add on additional day guests beyond those staying the night before, and welcome even more evening guests, up to 250, or up to 350 from April 2026.

Accommodation

Accommodation is flexible to suit your plans. Host your guests in our on-site luxury rooms and self-catering cottages, with space for 70 guests on the night of your wedding. If your group stayed at Mocketts Farm Cottages the night before, you can add the rooms at The Ferry House for additional guests. Plus, enjoy a complimentary stay in your choice of honeymoon suite on your wedding night. Need more space? Add on additional cottages for extra guests, or keep the same arrangements as the night before – whichever works best for you!

The Morning After

At The Ferry House or Mocketts farm cottages

Breakfast

Enjoy a relaxed morning at The Ferry House with a full Kentish buffet breakfast for your bespoke number of guests, featuring cereals, freshly baked bread with homemade preserves, fruit, yogurt, tea, coffee, and local fruit juices.

Day After Celebrations

If you’re swapping your night-before celebration for a day-after event, or adding it on as an extra to truly extend your celebrations, you can opt for a grazing table or a traditional hog roast in the Hop Barn at The Ferry House. Alternatively, enjoy the convenience of a grazing table or traybake delivery directly to Mocketts Farm Cottages—all tailored to your preferred guest numbers.
