Discover our beautiful 4* Bed & Breakfast at our 16th century country restaurant beside the Swale estuary in Harty, Kent. Here in rural tranquillity just 60 minutes from London, our B&B rooms have been furnished to the highest standard. Enjoy a relaxed stay taking in the unique surrounds of our waterside location, with protected wetland reserves and countryside home to magnificent wildlife.

Our rooms are available to book up to 3 months in advance. If you’re looking to book further ahead please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Booking to stay for a wedding at The Ferry House? You will need your “Secret Code” from the wedding couple to release dates and prices to you. If you have your code, enter it further below, and then select the date/s of your stay. While our smaller guests are welcome in our Coach House rooms, if you’re looking for family-friendly accommodation or stays of more than one night, why not take a look at our nearby self-catering cottages?

THE COACH HOUSE B&B ROOMS

A further six luxury bed and breakfast rooms can be found in the Coach House. Supremely styled with handmade furnishings and linen, décor nods to our kitchen garden and country wetland location. Your dog is welcome too! Choose from rooms 7 to 10 for dog friendly stays.

Is a holiday just not a holiday without all the family, including the four legged members? Enjoy a dog friendly stay at The Ferry House; simply choose from rooms 7 to 10 & add up to two dogs when booking. Your room comes ready with your dog essentials & our restaurant is also dog friendly. You can also enjoy our two-acre secure dog field at Mocketts Farm for free!

Beautiful stay in stunning location and with immaculate food

A really lovely stay at Ferry House. The rooms were lovely and breakfast the next morning was 10/10 - possibly the best mushrooms and tomatoes I’ve ever had! The options were plentiful and all the staff were fantastic.

We booked early check in which was 1 hour before the original time but they emailed us 3 hours before to say we could come now I thought that was very nice of them
We had a lovely massage as soon as we got

Memorable

It was an exceptionally wonderful experience. The dinner was sublime, and the service very friendly. We stayed overnight, and our room was just perfect. I wouldn't change a thing. Our expectations were very high, but the experience surpassed our expectations - including seeing a barn owl fly over our heads!
