The Hop Barn

A striking and adaptable corporate event space for 10-100 attendees. With multiple table layouts and seating arrangements possible, our Events Coordinators organise the space to suit your needs.

With characterful features, optional in-room bar and French doors opening to a private terrace and landscaped garden overlooking the estuary, it's a refreshing break from the standard boardroom.

The Event Suite

For corporate events for 30-180 delegates, our Event Suite is a versatile space with multiple table layouts available - from formal theatre presentations to informal round seating for smaller team activities.

The Event Suite features floor-to-ceiling bi-folding doors that overlook the estuary and provide access to a private terrace - perfect for mid-morning snacks or a mind-clearing drinks reception to conclude your event.

The Farmhouse Cottage

The Farmhouse is an idyllic and relaxed corporate event/stay hybrid for up to 21 delegates.

With a large, open-plan ground floor and eight en-suite bedrooms, attendees benefit from the unique connection offered only by a live-in event, while maintaining their own space & privacy.

Eight bedrooms can be configured as double or twin rooms to sleep up to 21. Enjoy options for self-catering or award-winning dining at The Ferry House, along with leisure facilities including a shared games room and BBQs. The Farmhouse also features a private garden with beautiful country views.

The Meeting Room

This room is an ideal space for smaller corporate meetings of up to 5 people, or as a breakout room as part of a larger event.

Relaxed yet stylish, the space offers a professional and inviting atmosphere - an excellent option for businesses needing a dedicated meeting space without a permanent office.

With flexible booking options, you can reserve the room for a few hours or the entire day.

The Boardroom

The Boardroom seats eight around a striking handmade wooden table. With wall-mounted screen and wireless connectivity, it is ideal for more formal group meetings, or as a breakaway space during a larger corporate event.

Choose between single, double or twin sleeping arrangements, as well as B&B or self-catering cottage options to suit your event size & budget.

  • 11 4* ensuite B&B rooms sleep either 12 in single occupancy rooms, or 22 if sharing double beds.
  • A 23 further bedrooms are just five minutes’ from The Ferry House at our self-catering cottages.
  • 22 of our cottage bedrooms are available as either double or twins, for a flexible sleeping set up.
  • Additional double sofa beds are available at our cottages on request.
  • Accessible rooms & ensuite wet rooms are available at both The Ferry House & our cottages.
  • Opt for self catering from our cottages, or enjoy our award-winning breakfast the next morning.
